Objectives of the Proposed Institution
The following are the objectives of the institution
- Offer a 2-Year MBA degree program at the PG level that will offer specialization in Entrepreneurship. While there are several MBA offerings available for students, there are not many that focus on Entrepreneurship
- Provide experiential learning through formal industry engagements, where Guest Sessions from Industry professionals and visits to the field are mandatory for every course offered as part of the program
- Require every student to develop a comprehensive business plan for a proposed business which will enable them to start a business of their own upon graduation or provide them with the capability to see the “Big Picture” of any organization that they may work for, which will enable them to work as an “Intrapreneur” in the organization where their focus will be on the growth of the organization
- Engage with the industry to provide internship opportunities for every student during the summer break
- Put together a dynamic team of faculty who have both academic and industry experience to deliver such a program
